2011 Sponsorship Packages

We appreciate your interest in supporting ISSA and the information security community. This security summit provides sponsors the opportunity to interface with hundreds of information security professionals from engineering to CISO. INSTRUCTIONS:
There are 2 options for submitting the sponsorship application and payment: Credit Card via Paypal (preferred) or Check by Mail
In both options, you must download, complete, and fax the completed sponsorship contract to the fax number listed in the contract linked at the bottom of the page.
Credit Card Via PAYPAL:
1. Select and pay for one of the sponsorship packages below via the Click to Purchase links.
2. Download and fill out the sponsorship contract linked at the bottom of the page.
3. Fax completed contract to the fax number listed in the contract.

1. Download and fill out the sponsorship contract linked at the bottom of the page. Select the sponsorship option.
2. Send the check payable to the Charlotte Metro ISSA at the address listed in the contract.
3. You may either include a copy of the signed contract or fax the contract to the listed fax number in the contract.

Your business can show it’s support for ISSA by sponsoring and introducing one of our fabulous keynote speakers and benefit from the prime location in the sponsorship hall which is double the size of other sponsor tables. Your business will also benefit from:
1) Lead Summit Sponsor – Your organization will be the one and only Lead Summit Sponsor for the 2011 Security Summit. Your company name will be included on summit promotional materials, and additional Charlotte Metro ISSA Chapter Annual Sponsorship for 2011 is INCLUDED!
2) Lead Summit Speaker – Your organization will give a 15 minute Summit Opening Remark after our introduction by our Chapter President and will also be the sponsor for ONE of the keynote speakers (your choice of Ed Skoudis, Paul Asadoorian, or Chris Hadnagy).
3) Summit Bag Sponsor – Your organization will sponsor the Official Summit Bag for this Event and your logo will be proudly displayed on each bag given to all attendees.
4) Track Presenter – Your organization will have the opportunity to present on two vendor agnostic topics for this event. This requires a commitment for two 75 minute vendor agnostic technical security presentation. The last 5-10 minutes are reserved for potential vendor specific discussion. There are a total of 24 Track/Class speaking Opportunities available.
5) Keynote Exposure – A slide that includes your company logo with the summit logo looped before and after all Keynotes.
6) Exhibit Hall Booth – This level of sponsorship will receive a premium Exhibit Hall location and access to 400+ well qualified attendees. Booth accommodations include a 16’ x 16’ booth space, two 6 foot skirted table, 4 chairs and electricity. Utilization may be as a tabletop display or a corporate vendor booth with exhibits. Pipe and drape is not available.
7) Full Summit Registrations – 16 complimentary summit registrations, meals and refreshments are included.
8) Registration Table Sign - The sign or banner that you provide is displayed at the registration desk.

Platinum sponsors will get the sponsor display tables closest to the center of activity and the following:
1) Keynote Exposure – A slide with your company logo and the summit logo looped before and after all Keynotes.
2) Full Summit Registrations – This package includes eight (8) Full Summit Registrations, meals and refreshments.
3) Track Presenter – With this level of sponsorship, your organization will be considered to present on a vendor agnostic topic for this event. This requires a commitment for a 75 minute vendor agnostic technical security presentation. The last 5-10 minutes are reserved for a vendor specific discussion. There are a total of 24 Track/Class speaking opportunities available.
4) Lunch Co-Sponsor – Company name will be displayed as one of our Lunch sponsors (Four (4) sponsorship opportunities available).
5) Exhibit Space – This level of sponsorship will receive a premium Exhibit Hall location. Booth accommodations include an 8’ x 8’ booth space, one 6 foot skirted table, two chairs and electricity. Utilization may be as a table with display or a corporate vendor booth with exhibits. Pipe and drape is not available.
6) Additional Exposure – Choose ONE of the following on your contract as a Platinum Sponsor (First Come First Serve):
1) Summit Notebook Sponsor – Your organization will sponsor the Official Summit Notebook for this Event. Your logo will be proudly displayed on the notebook, which will be provided to each attendee. (One sponsorship opportunity available).
2) Keynote Hall Sponsor – A banner with your company name and logo may be placed in the Keynote Hall for full exposure. The banner is to be provided by the sponsor. Recognition of your room sponsorship will also be displayed on the room signage. (One sponsorship opportunity available).
3) Exhibit Hall Sponsor – A banner with your company name and logo may be placed in the Exhibit Hall for full exposure. Recognition of your room sponsorship will also be displayed on the room signage. (One sponsorship opportunity available).
4) Summit Badge Holder Sponsor – Your organization will sponsor the Official Summit Badge Holder for this Event and your logo will be proudly displayed on each badge holder given and will be worn by all attendees.

Silver sponsors will get a tabletop display area and have their company logo listed on www.charlotteissa.org in the sponsor area of the home page. Silver sponsors are welcome to submit track presentations as members of the information security community but must refrain from mentioning their solutions. This sponsorship level is for a space in the sponsor area only.

3) Summit Program Listing – Your company will be listed in the Summit program.

Notes:
* Event has been well attended in the past with between 300 and 400 attendees but this is no guarantee of future attendance.
** The event coordinator will assign Track Room, Breakfast or Snack sponsorship on a first-come first-serve basis.
*** All sponsorships come with a listing on the Charlotte ISSA Security Summit website with their sponsorship levels.
